The AFM of SA Leratong Assembly was established around 1997. Started by it’s then members, who most have went to be with the Lord together with the first Presiding Pastor PM Maponyane(late). It is a vibrant assembly and growing weekly.

Pastor Katlego Ntimane
Pastor Katlego Ntimane is a passionate and visionary leader with a deep commitment to youth spiritual growth and empowerment.
He stepped into the role of Assembly Leader of AFM Leratong Assembly in 2023 Officially, following the passing of the late Pastor Maponyane, and has led the church with grace and dedication.
He currently serves as the Regional Youth Chairperson of the Better Life Network, Deputy Chairperson of Linving Hope Subnetwork, and a member of the National Youth Leadership Forum, where he actively invests in the spiritual formation and leadership development of young people in the AFM. He also serves as the AFM Provisional Youth Coordinator, helping to lead and shape youth ministry initiatives at a provincial level.
Pastor Ntimane was officially ordained on the 25th of May 2025, affirming his pastoral calling and dedication to ministry. This was after he completed his Theology studies at Mukhanyo(MTC) and SATS 2022.
He has been happily married to his beloved wife, Lerato Ntimane, since 2016, and together they are blessed with two beautiful children—a boy and a girl.
Pastor Ntimane’s ministry is centered on Biblical teachings, marriage counseling, general counseling, building, discipleship, and mentoring.
Additionally he Also holds a diploma in IT where he consults as a Software Enginner.
